Private lessons at Alaska Dance Promotions are designed for individuals, couples, and groups preparing for weddings, special events, performances, showcases, competitions, and live productions.

Our private coaching supports our broader performing arts mission — helping dancers gain confidence, develop performance skills, and prepare for public, ticketed events and live performances produced throughout the year.

Whether your goal is a relaxed first dance or a polished performance moment, our instructors will design a customized plan based on your experience level, timeline, and vision.

Prepare for your dance with the same care you give to your attire, music, and event planning.

Weddings, showcases, and special performances are often recorded and shared — creating memories that last a lifetime. Private lessons help ensure you feel confident, prepared, and proud when stepping onto the dance floor or stage.

We can choreograph:

First dances and wedding performances

Fun, easy routines to a “special song.”

Polished performances for showcases, competitions, and live events

We recommend starting four to six months in advance, especially for beginner dancers or performance-based goals.

Private Lesson Rates

$95 per private lesson
• 55-minute sessions
• Same rate for one person or a couple

Private Lesson Packages

Save by purchasing a package:

• 4 lessons – $340
• 8 lessons – $680
• 12 lessons – $960

Packages are ideal for weddings, performances, and structured preparation programs.

Policies & Scheduling

• 24-hour cancellation notice required
• Late arrivals will not extend lesson time
• No call / no show will be charged full price
• Lessons are pre-paid and non-refundable
• Packages must be used within 60 days of purchase
