*If the venue has a daily use that exceeds the two hours, for example, 7 am to 3 pm for a school program, a reduced rate could be negotiated.

Ready to rent for a variety of special events, meetings, gatherings, religious groups, photography & video space, music & dance lessons, language classes, arts & crafts, homeschool space, and business presentations. Also available for special events, including Engagement Parties, Wedding Receptions, Baby Showers, Anniversaries, and Celebrations of Life.

Approximately 2,500 square feet, with a nice lobby entry, an amazing new floor, private Wi-Fi, an easy-to-use sound system, a large flat-screen TV, and great lighting options. The studio has a bathroom, a kitchenette, and a large lot with free parking.

A Studio Use Agreement, which outlines the studio's rules and regulations, must be signed by each person renting the space.

A refundable security deposit for possible damages will be required prior to rental. Payment in full is due on the day of the event.
