This workshop will help both Ladies and Men. Ladies will learn and improve on body rolls and isolations, while men can improve on leading these movements. You will be able to apply them to Zouk and Bachata. These two dance styles share have movements in common, and we’re excited to share them with you so you can go on the dance floor no matter what song is playing!
No Partner needed!
Known for its fluid movements, strong connection between partners, gorgeous hair whips, body isolations, and incredible music interpretation, Brazilian Zouk has exploded in popularity over the past decade.
Brazilian Zouk has evolved rapidly since it was first adapted from its roots of Lambada. The dance is now combined with a variety of music, including Caribbean Zouk music, which is how the dance came to be known as Zouk.
Brazilian Zouk is beautiful to watch, and extremely fun to dance! It is danced by people of all ages in night clubs, dance schools and events around the world
