RENTAL=20 RATES FOR SHOWS, WORKSHOPS, DANCE CLASSES, PRIVATE DANCE LESSONS, = PARTIES &=20 OTHER SPECIAL EVENTS

=B7 =20 $25/hour=20 private lesson use I $ 50/hour private dance = team=20 use = I $ 75/hour private event=20 use

=B7 =20 Negotiated=20 rates available for contracted dance teams, contracted dance instructors = offering private dance lessons and group dance classes. =

=B7 =20 Plus=20 $10.00 for a Alaska Dance Promotions = representative=20 (usually Michelle Holland) to unlock and lock studio before and after = event.=20
This may be waived for established renters holding a three month = contract.=20

Additional=20 Costs/Requirements:

=B7 =20 For = All Events: event must be done and music off by Midnight, and premises must be vacant by=20 1:00am.

=B7 =20 Use=20 of our=20 Sound Equipment (see = below): $50=20 refundable deposit per event.

=B7 =20 Floor:=20 We love our lovely floor. Shoes,=20 props or sets may NOT endanger the floor.

=B7 =20 Decorations:=20 No=20 tacks, nails, screws, staples, etc. on the walls or floors. No duct tape = on the=20 floor or walls! Only gaffers or blue painter=92s masking tape. Remove = all=20 decorations after rental.

=B7 =20 Garbage/Recycling:=20 Trash must be bagged and taken to dumpsters in parking lot and new = garbage bags=20 in trash containers.

=B7 =20 Security=20 Deposit:=20 $100 or $200 (if alcohol is to be served)

=B7 =20 Insurance:=20 We require $1,000,000 insurance certificate listing Alaska Dance = Promotions as=20 additional insured for any non ADP Sponsored Events or non ADP Sponsored = Group=20 Classes. No policy =3D no rental.

=B7 =20 Alcohol:=20 Not to be served at events open to the public without an permit (we need a copy). Do at least 2 weeks = before event.=20 Must request permission for serving at private parties. Age = verification,=20 supervision, security required. No drugs.

=B7 =20 FIRE:=20 No fire inside or outside.

=B7 =20 Janitorial=20 Services:=20 if further cleaning is needed you will billed at $15/hr, invoiced and = due within=20 7 days of rental or the deposit may be held or cleaning cost deducted = from=20 deposit.

=B7 =20 SMOKING:=20 No smoking ANYTHING outside the studio doors. The dumpsters are as close = to the=20 door that guests can smoke.

=B7 =20 RENTER=20 is responsible for any damages or losses incurred during rental time, = and the=20 behavior of their guests.

If=20 you provide your own techs, additional sound, lighting or equipment = requiring=20 electricity they must be approved by us. We can also recommend = Fundamentals=20 Entertainment as our preferred provider. Plan on $100 /=20 hour.
